A NEW CHAPTER
Residential Interior Design
Location: Atella (Bernini district), Italy
Year: 2022
Size: 114 sqm + 30 sqm garage
Project Type: Residential – New Build Interior Layout and Design
Tools used: 3ds Max, Corona Renderer, AutoCAD, Photoshop

Project Overview
Located in a newly developed residential area in Atella, this 114 sqm ground-floor home with a private garden was designed for a young couple beginning a new life chapter together. The property is part of a uniform residential complex, with homes sharing similar typologies and layouts.
The project began during the construction phase, allowing for early design intervention in defining the internal layout, material selection, and finishes. The clients requested a neutral, timeless interior — prioritising bright surfaces, simple geometries, and tactile warmth.
All floors and walls were designed in light tones to enhance spatial continuity and natural light reflection. Openings and large glazed surfaces allow for full visual integration with the surrounding garden and the natural park beyond, creating a peaceful, airy retreat.
Client Objectives
The main goal was to shape a calm and essential domestic space, adaptable over time and free from overly decorative or eccentric features.
Clients wanted support in space planning, material selection, and furnishing coordination — while keeping the final result simple and bright.
