A full-scale residential renovation designed for a young family preparing to welcome their first child.

The intervention completely redefined the apartment through internal spatial reorganization, volumetric adjustments, façade modifications and the full renewal of mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems.

Spaces were transformed into a refined open-plan home centred around a bespoke marble kitchen island, custom storage solutions and carefully balanced living areas.

Both bathrooms were fully redesigned with contemporary finishes, integrated lighting and a cohesive material language that enhances comfort and elegance.

Natural light, warm textures and clean architectural lines define the project’s identity, creating a calm, modern and emotionally meaningful family home.

The result is a complete transformation shaped by technical precision, aesthetic balance and the anticipation of a new chapter.
