A full-scale interior and technical renovation designed for a young couple awaiting the arrival of their first child.
The project redefined the apartment’s internal structure with volumetric modifications, façade adjustments, and a complete renewal of MEP systems.
Spaces were reorganised into a single open-plan living area centred around a marble kitchen island and custom joinery elements, while both bathrooms were redesigned with refined finishes and ambient LED lighting.
Clean lines, natural light, and warm materials create a calm, modern atmosphere — completed within a tight and emotional timeline.
