Clients are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use such materials solely for internal review, presentation and approval of the specific project for which they were commissioned. Clients may not resell, sublicense, distribute, publish, advertise, or supply the materials to third parties (including contractors, suppliers, developers or other designers), nor use them for any public or commercial purpose, without BauBear Ltd’s prior written consent.

Any extended or commercial use of the materials must be agreed in writing and may be subject to additional fees.
 

NO ENDORSEMENT OR PARTNERSHIP

Nothing contained on this website or in any Content shall be construed as creating any partnership, joint venture, agency or employment relationship.
